Job Description and responsibilities Branch IT Support PT. Arpeni Pratama Ocean Line, Tbk :
- Installing, configuring and maintain computer hardware, operating system and application. Including Server and Client environment
- Do coodirnation between branch and head office on handling incident or service request from IT users and manage that matters
- Monitoring and maintain networks
- Troubleshooting IT problem
- Provide user support in regards of business need
- Provide standard maintenance of electrical and server room
