- Build & manage relationship with customers in the areas of day to day customer service activities including customer inquiry, cargo status, call centre management, claim & dispute resolutions.
- Provide customised reports to customers based on available information in the system.
- Liaise to internal departments (operations & finance) for root cause analysis, corrective actions and improvement opportunities.
- Develop customised solutions/enhancement to the system to cater customer requirement.
