- Conducting daily activities through co-ordination with front-liners and providing best service for every customer(s) personal order of General Merchandise, Part & accecories of Harley-Davidson products.
- Analyze market demand and implementing marketing & sales planning for front-liners team in the showroom.
- Acting as information centre to all customer(s) and representing all information regarding Harley-Davidson products.
- Assisting sales team through good communication skill for all daily showroom/dealership operational with company process & procedure.
- Handle complain(s) & warranty claim(s).
- Conducting Purchasing/ Supply Chain for re- ordering Harley-Davidson products for showroom/dealership stocks.
