Job Description and responsibilities Network Team Lead Caspo, Inc. :
- Network and security device monitoring
- Collaborates with Infra and Operation team for escalating any findings.
- Evaluates existing infra to determine effectiveness and suggest changes to meet organizational requirements.
- Responds for country Network business goal and growth strategy
- Research, test or verify proper functioning of network technologies
- Responsible to handle network operation team and generate monthly report.
- Maximize staff efficiency and ensure quality of work done and ensure timely completion of jobs
- Review and setup service/network monitoring by means of checklist, alert trigger
- To carry out further investigation & diagnosis on immediate events and do escalation and notification if necessary
- Responsible for improvements and / or implementation of new services and operational policies
