Job Description and responsibilities Trade Finance Officer PT. Bank KEB Hana Indonesia :
- Handling Export transactions; advising L/C and amendment L/C / SKBDN, Processing and checking export document drawn under L/C / SKBDN and Collection, delivery documents.
- Handling Import transactions; process open and amendment L/C / SKBDN, Processing and checking document.
- Monitoring acceptance, payment, reimbursement claim, reimbursement authorization and other export and import transaction.
- Conduct investigations and other queries related to export and import transaction.
- Handling SBLC and Bank Guarantee transaction; advising and issued SBLC, process BG, monitoring for maturity date of BG.
- Responsible to prepare all report related to SBLC, Bank Guarantee, export and import transaction to regulatory (BI) and internal or external parties including to management accurately.
