Job Description and responsibilities Financial Planner PT. Monroe Consulting Group :

  • Responsible in providing accurate and timely management reporting on monthly basis and providing meaningful insight on the variances versus forecast, budgets and prior periods. This will include monthly Business Pack Review and other Reporting Requirements from Regional.
  • Responsible in analysing current and past trends in key performance indicators, highlighting trends and understand the drivers of each indicator; which ranging from Revenue, Cost of Sales, Advertising & Promotional Expenses, Administrative Expenses as well as Capital Expenditures.
  • Responsible in maintaining accurate database and timely financial analysis in various forms and reports that is of high quality, complete and relevant manner to meet management requirements.
  • Responsible in monitoring the progress of specific performance indicators and key milestones for each functions to ensure that they are on track – e.g.: Monitoring on Advertising & Promotional Expenses to ensure alignment on budget/forecast.
  • Responsible in monitoring capital spending for DSGI, providing capital spend report on budget vs. actual and analysis on the variances.
  • Support Finance Controller in managing P&L to drive improvements on company’s profitability by identifying Risk and Opportunities.
  • Responsible in ensuring proper assumptions to be used in forecast from all functions, e.g.: volume, pricing assumptions, costing, etc.
  • Improve performance by evaluating process to drive efficiencies and providing better understanding of ROI in sales and marketing programs/activities.
