Job Description and responsibilities Productivity Manager PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk :
- Develop standard, policy and implement productivity development strategies / methods.
- Identify and analyze productivity development tools that match with the operational units / divisions needs & specific requirements.
- Develop, introduce and evaluate: productivity tools, methods and standards for production process.
- Monitor the implementation of productivity development and establish reporting system in the operational unit / divisions.
- Build continuous improvement atmosphere among operational units / divisions.
- As a partner / technical expertise for operational unit / divisions in the productivity development field.
- Become trainer & internal consultant for operational units / divisions
