Job Description and responsibilities Corporate Legal PT. Intelligence HR Solutions Indonesia :
- Draft and review corporate agreements, contracts and other relevant documents in Bahasa and/or English;
- Monitor, update and share any important laws and regulations of Indonesia;
- Give legal opinion and legal advice and response any legal request from management staffs and those of other sister companies
- Monitor company overall compliance with laws and regulations, also responsible for any other legal related issues;
- Monitor company overall risk management controlled by each Group in charge such as Human Resource Planning Group who control labor risk, Treasury Group who control foreign exchange risk and liquidity risk, GA Group who control Business Continuity Plan, etc.
