Job Description and responsibilities IT Manager PT. Sodexo Indonesia :

  • Accomplishes information technology staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counselling; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
  • Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.
  • Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with various departments or countries.
  • Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
  • Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective action.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships required for IT support.
  • Manages network operations to include: troubleshooting connectivity problems; installing & maintaining routers; adding/terminating users; assigning rights and access; resetting passwords; establishing e-mail addresses; assessing and reporting operational status; performing backups and restores.
  • Ensure that all activities are supported by documented processes based on ITIL methodologies.
  • Provide quality reporting on a regular basis on all aspects of the teams activities
  • Provide a reliable and consistent delivery of responses to incident and service requests made by users.
  • Provide to business unit and global teams a documented vision on local needs and provide transparency on the local environment.
  • Engage with business unit and global project and operations teams to ensure smooth escalation of incidents and requests.
  • Ensure that all internal compliance documentation requirements are met, and the necessary evidences collected.
  • Ensure IT asset inventory is up to date.
