- Manages network operations to include: troubleshooting connectivity problems; installing & maintaining routers; adding/terminating users; assigning rights and access; resetting passwords; establishing e-mail addresses; assessing and reporting operational status; performing backups and restores.
- Ensure that all activities are supported by documented processes based on ITIL methodologies.
- Provide quality reporting on a regular basis on all aspects of the teams activities
- Provide a reliable and consistent delivery of responses to incident and service requests made by users.
- Provide to business unit and global teams a documented vision on local needs and provide transparency on the local environment.
- Engage with business unit and global project and operations teams to ensure smooth escalation of incidents and requests.
- Ensure that all internal compliance documentation requirements are met, and the necessary evidences collected.
- Ensure IT asset inventory is up to date.
