Job Description and responsibilities Country Visual Merchandiser Manager PT. Far Utama Indonesia :
- Applies and ensures visual merchandising routines according to the department book.
- Plan, set up and follow up of campaign and activities.
- Keeps up to date on all VM information and material in store.
- Handles visual merchandiser stationery and material order
- Care and maintenance of display and matching material
- Manages VM team timesheets
- Responsible for the weekly and monthly visual team planning to maximize efficiency and selling
- Provides the team with constructive verbal and written feedback to aid in their development
- Set clearly defined goals for VM’s so they can follow it
- Meeting of deadlines by the VM’s at the time of changeover
- Proper communication with operations to increase the team work
- Communication with merchandiser and marketing for upcoming promotions and garment situation for planning of campaigns.
- Delegating responsibility appropriately and fairly
- Leading and motivating teams to complete displays to tight deadlines.
