Job Description and responsibilities IT Maintenance Engineer PT. Iconic Indonesia GW :
- Handle customer request by phone or email
- Monitoring and maintaining client’s IT environment
- Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults
- Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods
- Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
- When needed, may be positioned in customer site
