- Responsible for representing the product to customers
- Responsible to maintenance customers
- Establish a good relationship with existing and new customer
- Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/services.
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, services, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers expectations.
