Job Description and responsibilities Litigation Manager PT. Dian Swastatika Sentosa, Tbk :
- Prepare and review transfer and sale of land deeds
- Settle land disputes in project sites
- Manage all the phases of the litigation process for the Company
- Liaise with external lawyer/government departments/courts/police
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure legal risks have been identified and appropriate courses of action
- Investigate and gather evidence, coordinating with internal and external parties where required
- Attend and appear in court hearings and take part in mediation sessions as a representative of the company
- Manage and monitor cases to ensure all activities are completed in the required timeline and conform to court rules
- Discuss next actions or settlements with respective parties throughout the litigation process
