Job Description and responsibilities QA Appare PT. Lee Cooper Indonesia :
- Perform continuous QC inspection / screening for on-hand inventory, incoming shipments, and/or shipments prior to factory exit according to quality standards set by Product team.
- Review results of QC inspection / screening performed by contract inspection team and direct resolution of product found to be outside of quality standards.
- Give periodic reports by category, style, vendor of quality audits / inspections to Product Managers
- Factory assessment
- Supply quality vendor scorecard to Product team on a quarterly basis.
- Checking grading spec and conduct Pre Production Meeting with factory. Inline inspection and final inspection
- Making draft quality assurance policies and procedure
- Crosscheck detail and technical garment start from proto unitl approval sample
