Job Description and responsibilities General Accountant PT. H&K MMP Manufacturing Indonesia :
- Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the data entries for all payments
- Involved in the preparation Journals Entries and postings to the correct accounts
- Review reconciliation of payable accounts, accrued, prepaid expenses, updating and reconciling the subsidiary ledger to the general ledger.
- Handling Monthly and yearly tax returns and GL reconciliation schedules - VAT, Witholding Tax and other tax related.
- Make sure all invoices and tax invoices have been printed and send to customer
- Handling month end closing activities in the preparation of financial & management reporting.
- Responsible for the completion of the full set of accounts for the company
- Monthly Reconciliation and Preparation of Balance Sheet Schedules
- Monthly cash-flow forecast
- Assist in periodic stock take and reconciliation of inventory
- Assist in preparation of the annual statutory reporting including audit and tax filing
- Any and all other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
